How do we do it?

In UruIT we believe our methodology of work is the key ingredient in delivering quality products to our clients. We have customized our way of working based on our previous experiences and by being witnesses to the mistakes made by other companies.

New clients are confident we will deliver the quality products they expect; our well defined methodology provides consistent results every time and makes the development process transparent to the client. This makes choosing UruIT easier for our first-time clients.

The main driver of our methodology is the development based on the Microsoft Solution Framework © and the CMM. This allows us to succeed in project management giving us better results and the capability to act fast in the event of a project change.

This development process is divided into phases. Each one of these phases has a defined scope of activities and deliverables (documents, code, prototypes) and has been modified to reflect the needs of today's companies.

In UruIT we have activities to ensure the quality of our processes as well as the final product. To achieve this we count on our Quality Department to ensure that all tasks and deliverables done during the project lifetime comply with all the quality standards you are waiting for.

Some of the activities that our Quality Department does are cross code validations, EQA, IQA, audits, process change management plans, defect prevention activities, testing plans, exhaustive testing of the system among others. All these activities are carried away during the entire project lifecycle.

Our methodology is followed by a group of people who are selected according to the needs of your project (business knowledge, applied technology). A project leader is assigned to each group and he or she is in charge of complying with our processes and all the quality standards specified.
