Agile Practices with Microsoft technologies

The main driver of our methodology is development based on the Microsoft Solution Framework © and Agile practices. We have tweaked our processes to match our goals and support our vision: deliver state of the art solutions in less time than our competitors.

Our project development methodology integrates agile trends such as SCRUM and eXtreme Programming. This allows us to succeed in project management giving us better results and the capability to act fast in the event of a project change.

CMM for internal control

Other internal processes rely on CMM practices. Having most of the senior staff with experience of working for CMMi level 3 and level 5 organizations in Uruguay contributes to our tight control procedures.
