Due to changes made by Microsoft some time ago when granting certifications, UruIT worked hard to update certifications and achieve the certified GOLD in Portals and Collaboration (SharePoint) and Dynamics CRM. It also worked to obtain SILVER in web solutions and custom development, mobile application development, systems integration and content management solutions.
It is important to add that the new Microsoft model for certifications is more demanding than the previous one. It requires a greater number of certified professionals in technologies and new versions of recently launched products. With these modifications, the pattern became certified per technology: SharePoint Gold, Silver CRM, among others.
Regarding this issue, the sales manager and head of UruIT, Marcelo López, explained that "100% of the technical team has been preparing individual certifications that allowed us to obtain the Gold certification in SharePoint and Dynamics CRM technologies, and others in Silver, for technologies in which we also have experience and portfolio related to development of customized solutions on top of a variety of .NET technologies".
To achieve certifications, training and experience is required in real projects, using versions of the recently launched products. In turn, requested approval of satisfied customers and, in some cases, sales volume of business in technologies of interest.
