New Integration project for Microsoft Chile

UruIT was hired by Microsoft in South America to work, together with its consultants, in a project for a leading company in the mining sector. Following a first consulting phase and proof of concept, the international company recently confirmed the beginning of this project on Dynamics CRM Platform 2011.

These means the largest and most innovative implementations of technology in Chile that will cover, among other things, registration, management, analysis and prediction of the interactions of the company and its employees with its stakeholders, promoting relationships of confidence and mutual benefit.

This tool, along with the new pattern of relationship of the miner, is positioned as "the new way of talking" with its stakeholders, accompanying the business goals related to sustainability.

It is a long term project to be measured in years and based on a specific phased implementation, controlled and lined up with business priorities.
